1. enable

3. expertise
: expertise is special skill or knowledge that is acquired by training, study, or practice.

: "Expertise" refers to the skill, knowledge, and experience that someone has in a particular field or subject. It's often used when referring to a person or group who has a deeper or more specialized understanding of a topic than others might.
