1. deserve

: If you say that a person or thing deserves sth, you mean that they should have it or receive it because of their actions or qualities.

 

ex) The report deserves careful consideration.

ex) This raises questions of fairness which deserve to be debated publicly.

ex) You deserve it.

ex) No one deserves the recognition more than you.

ex) Richard deserves a special mention for all his hard work on this project.

 

2. demanding

: needing a lot of time, attention, or energy

: making others work hard or meet high standards

 

ex) She's a monster; demanding, complains all the time. It's like nothing is ever good enough.

ex) People who are demanding are not easily satisfied or pleased.

ex) A : How's work treating you?
      B : Well, I have a few demanding clients but nothing else to complain about.

ex) You know how demanding my job is.

ex) Factory work can be physically demanding.

ex) She had a demanding schedule with little free time.

ex) It's very intellectually demanding, and it's also very physically demanding.

 

3. deliberately

: consciously and intentionally; on purpose (일부러, 계획적으로, 의도적으로)

 

ex) You did that to me deliberately.

ex) A: Do you think they deliberately left that out?

      B: I don't think it was deliberately left out.

ex) I didn't deliberately hurt his feelings.

ex) You know, I would never, ever hurt you deliberately.
