1. mutually beneficial

: "Mutually beneficial" refers to a situation or relationship in which both parties involved receive some sort of benefit or advantage.

3. mandate

4. make a concerted effort

: The phrase "make a concerted effort" means to put in a deliberate and determined attempt to do something. This effort is usually well-planned, focused, and involves a degree of collaboration or cooperation, particularly in a group or team setting. The phrase implies that the effort is not casual or half-hearted but is instead serious, intentional, and coordinated.
