When communicating with clients, it's essential to strike the right balance between acknowledging their knowledge and  providing necessary information without sounding condescending. 

 


1. As you may know,
   ex) As you may know, our company recently expanded its operations to Europe.

   ex) As you may know, we put a new policy in place effective May 25.

 


2. As you might be aware,
   ex) As you might be aware, the latest regulations have made data protection a top priority for businesses.

   ex) As you might be aware, there are some outstanding issues, namely, the questions of energy and trade.

 

 

3. As you are well aware,
  ex) As you are well aware, a number of new housing growth areas are being planned.
  ex) As you are well aware, our company has always prioritized customer satisfaction above all else.

  ex) As you are well aware, the deadline for the project is tomorrow.

 

cf) As you are well aware of?  The phrase "as you are well aware of" is not standard English. Typically, you would say "as you are well aware" followed by a statement. However, if you really want to use a similar structure with "of," you might say:
"As you are well aware of the fact, our company has consistently been a market leader."

But again, "as you are well aware" is the more common and cleaner construction.

 

 

4. You're likely familiar with
   ex) You're likely familiar with the rapid growth in our tech sector over the past year.

   ex) I think you are likely familiar with the recent changes in the industry's regulations.

 


5. As is common knowledge,
ex) As is common knowledge, the holiday season usually sees a surge in retail sales.

ex) As is common knowledge, and as history continues to remind us, men have always obsessed over women's bodies.
