1. (수입신고를) 세관에서 미결 처리 했어. / 세관에서 기각했어.

 

- Customs has deferred clearance for your shipment due to possible non-compliance.

- "The customs dismissed the import declaration" means that the customs authorities have rejected or not accepted the import declaration that was submitted. This could be due to various reasons, such as incomplete or incorrect documentation, discrepancies in the declared items, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements. As a result of this dismissal, the goods may not be allowed to enter the country, or additional steps may need to be taken to resolve the issues and gain clearance.

 

2. 세관에서 비대상사유 안 받아줘서 서류 제출해야겠는데?

 

I wanted to provide an update regarding the customs clearance status of your shipment.

As part of our standard procedure, we declared the shipment and proposed certain exemption reasons in an attempt to  expedite and simplify the clearance process. However, after reviewing our submission, the customs authorities have decided not to accept our proposed exemptions and, as a result, have turned down the clearance for the shipment.
We may need to provide additional documentation or adjust our approach based on customs' feedback.

 

 

3. 원산지 표시가 안되어 있거나 부적정하게 되어 있으면 미결 뜰 수 있어. 
- Import declarations may be rejected if the origin marking is false or missing. While accurate origin marking is required, exceptions can be made for valid reasons.

- Import declarations can be refused if origin markings are inaccurate or absent. While proper origin labeling is essential, exceptions can be made when valid reasons are presented, along with a letter detailing the item's usage.
