궁금했던 표현들 #3. (논의가 끝나서) 회의 혹은 전화를 마치려 할 때

1. Ending a professional meeting or phone call with a client requires a clear and polite closing statement that ensures all parties are satisfied with the conversation and understand the next steps. Here are some examples of what you might say:

"I believe we've covered everything we needed to discuss today. Is there anything else you'd like to ask or clarify before we conclude?"

"Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today. I'll follow up with an email outlining our action points, and please  don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions."

"If you have any more questions in the future, please don't hesitate to contact me. Have a great day!"

"It's been great discussing these issues with you. I'll start working on those tasks we discussed, and I'll keep you updated on our progress."

"I appreciate your time and insights today. Let's touch base next week to follow up on these items. Thank you, and have a great day!"

"It's been a pleasure speaking with you today. I feel confident we're on the right track. Have a great day, and feel free to  reach out if anything comes up."

2. While "Have a great day" is a common and friendly closing, there are many alternatives you can use to end a conversation more formally or with a different tone. Here are some options:

"Thank you for your time today."
"Take care."
"Wishing you a successful week."
"Feel free to reach out with any further questions."
"I appreciate your insights; talk to you soon."
"Until next time."

3. (추가) Fantastic Phone Call Finishers in English (from All Ears English)

Everyone out there including me has been on a conversation where it ended kind of awkwardly and this happens all the time even to natives because sometimes like you'll think the other person on the end of the line is trying to get off and hang up and so you'll end the call and then you'll realize oh no they weren't. There was still something to say. This happens awkwardly but we can avoid that and especially with business english phone calls we do want to avoid that. We need to be very clear when we're ending the phone call to help avoid that awkwardness with ending it.

1) Thanks for taking the time to talk today.

3) Great. I think we're on the same page. Let's circle back soon.

4) Perfect. Thanks for your time. Have a great day. // Yeap you too. Bye.

5) Have a good one.

6) Talk to you later. / Talk to you soon.

7) Great. Hope to hear from you soon.
